The Kitchen – Vittorio Colacitti

Born and raised in Toronto, Chef Colacitti, learned his culinary art from some of the best names in Toronto’s restaurant industry including: Lorenzo Loseto (George), Scot Woods (Lucien), and Didier Leroy who is a master Chef of France.  Chef Colacitti’s craft in the kitchen also draws from several years of international experience, having studied at the Thai & International Food Academy, staging in various regions across Italy and working as a stagiaire at Thomas Keller’s, Bouchon.

The Bar – Connor Scott
After working under some of Toronto’s top Bartenders for the past few years Connor is breathing new life into the Bar Program here at The Good Son. While taking inspiration from his mentors, Connor also brings with him a seasonally inspired and locally sourced approach to cocktails from his experience of growing up in the small farm-towns of Ontario. Connor takes pride in upholding the forgotten values great cocktails and quality service. Be sure to stop by for a night of excellent food, exceptional service, and great libations.
